OVERALL OBJECTIVE
The Creative Problem Solving Workshop aims to equip participants with the skills required to
apply
creative problem solving strategies to ensure that the outcomes are aligned to the
organizational
strategy and objectives. Participants will learn how to master the problem-solving techniques.
